Returns & Exchanges

At FunnyFuzzy, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, hair-free condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
